We are looking for a talented administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and familiarity with client services in a marketing agency environment. This position is full-time and 100% remote.

Job Duties:

  • Managing our Asana project management software and ensuring best practices are followed
  • Managing and coordinating workload/bandwidth for internal teams
  • Monitor and enforce project deadlines within Asana
  • Client invoicing
  • Managing timesheets and payroll
  • Documentation of internal processes and training material
  • Various human resource tasks such as employee onboarding
  • Assist Sales team and Partnership team with comms, document preparation, etc


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years experience in an administrative role within marketing
  • Microsoft Office fluency
  • Google GSuite fluency
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Bonus: Experience in a marketing agency environment
  • Bonus: Adobe creative software experience
  • Bonus: WordPress administration
