We are looking for a talented administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a marketing background and familiarity with client services in a marketing agency environment. This position is full-time and 100% remote.
Job Duties:
- Managing our Asana project management software and ensuring best practices are followed
- Managing and coordinating workload/bandwidth for internal teams
- Monitor and enforce project deadlines within Asana
- Client invoicing
- Managing timesheets and payroll
- Documentation of internal processes and training material
- Various human resource tasks such as employee onboarding
- Assist Sales team and Partnership team with comms, document preparation, etc
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative role within marketing
- Microsoft Office fluency
- Google GSuite fluency
- Good communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Bonus: Experience in a marketing agency environment
- Bonus: Adobe creative software experience
- Bonus: WordPress administration
